Motor yacht HIGHLANDER stands out as one of the most iconic yachts and a true masterpiece. Crafted in 1986 by the renowned Dutch shipyard Feadship, it was meticulously tailored to the highest standards and conceived by Jon Bannenberg, the pioneer of contemporary yacht design, for the esteemed publisher Malcolm Forbes.
In 2014, this legendary yacht underwent a comprehensive refit and redesign, elevating its aesthetics to contemporary excellence. HIGHLANDER seamlessly melds Malcolm Forbes's unique character with Jon Bannenberg's groundbreaking design. Its towering, angular hull profile, its glass-encased Skylounge, and its raised bow were decades ahead of their time. It was purposefully customized for opulent entertainment and luxurious transatlantic voyages, boasting unparalleled grace and allure on its decks.
HIGHLANDER was meticulously designed for relaxation and amusement, offering an impressive array of amenities. The main salon welcomes guests with plush seating areas, a majestic piano, and a formal dining table accommodating up to 12 guests. Meanwhile, the upper deck's Sky Lounge presents a more relaxed atmosphere, complete with a bar, lounge seating, and a state-of-the-art home theater system.
Outside, HIGHLANDER's expansive decks provide ample space for sunbathing, socializing, and savoring breathtaking vistas. The upper deck is adorned with a Jacuzzi, wet bar, and a shaded dining area, while the main deck boasts an alfresco dining area and comfortable seating alcoves. For those seeking adventure, the yacht offers an array of water toys, including jet skis, kayaks, paddleboards, and more.
The top deck of HIGHLANDER has been recently extended forward, featuring newly integrated seating, sunbeds, and a bar. Additionally, a spacious Jacuzzi now overlooks the transparent ceiling of the Skylounge.
